📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and efficient operational environment.
• Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data, and prepare reports for management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a terminal or logistics environment.
• Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental laws applicable to terminal operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP or similar.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
