📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new team members on CRM best practices and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM support role or similar customer service position.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with educational industry standards and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
