📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural and civil design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality control reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any quality issues.
• Ensure that all construction materials and methods meet industry standards and regulations.
• Inspect and test construction materials, equipment, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct training and workshops for construction teams on quality control best practices.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for architectural and civil projects.
• Certification in Quality Control or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools and techniques.
