📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with homeowners, businesses, and developers to understand their energy needs and goals.
• Present and demonstrate solar energy solutions, highlighting their benefits and cost savings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the solar installation process.
• Track and report on sales performance and client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in renewable energy.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industries.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, their benefits, and cost savings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Certifications in renewable energy or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
