📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the entire feed production process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of feed production professionals, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality raw materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet their specific feed requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in feed production management, preferably in the agribusiness industry.
- Certification in feed formulation and quality assurance is a plus.
- Proficient in using feed production software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
