Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef and kitchen staff in preparing meals, including chopping vegetables, cooking, and baking.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning utensils, wiping surfaces, and stocking ingredients.
• Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and served promptly to guests.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under time constraints.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and reporting to the kitchen manager.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service role, preferably in a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including food and kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and grills.
