📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.,Train and mentor new sales team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
