📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Following up with clients to resolve any payment discrepancies or delays
• Processing payments using QuickBooks and SAP
• Generating reports on accounts receivable and providing insights to the finance team
• Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts receivable with general ledger
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve payment processes and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
