📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures on-site.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and supervisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive onsite.,Experience with construction software and tools is a plus.
