📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct method validation studies to ensure the accuracy, precision, and reproducibility of laboratory methods.,Provide technical support to clients, including training, troubleshooting, and method development.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory processes and methodologies.,Perform quality control checks and audits to maintain the highest standards of quality.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory methods.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and method validation.,Strong background in analytical chemistry and laboratory techniques.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
