📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards of tea products.
• Conducting regular quality checks and inspections.
• Documenting quality control processes and results.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing feedback and recommendations for quality improvement.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control practices.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
