📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of telecom services, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business objectives.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure service excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom operations management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of telecom operations and technologies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
