📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.,Represent Accor Sentosa at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
