PT Bintang Rahayu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and implement safety measures to protect employees and equipment.,Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and consistent supply of materials and components.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or leadership role.,Proven track record of success in managing production processes and improving efficiency and quality.,Strong knowledge of production management software and tools, such as ERP systems, MES, and QA software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.
