Sentosa Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Distribution Officer to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in logistics and distribution to gain valuable industry experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on product availability and pricing.,Track and manage delivery schedules, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including delivery receipts, invoices, and customer feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns related to product delivery and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics and distribution, or recent graduates with relevant internship experience.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes, inventory management, and logistics software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics and distribution sector.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
