Cafe Maya Restaurant is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal accounting experience to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.,Prepare and process bank transactions and reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.,Process invoices, payments, and petty cash.,Assist in the preparation of the annual audit.,Provide ad-hoc accounting support to the finance team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of the monthly payroll.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
