Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, including implementing and enforcing security policies.Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.Backup and restore data as required.Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.🛠️ Keahlian
