📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions and banking operations accurately and efficiently.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Manage customer data using MegaCRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide product knowledge and banking solutions to customers.
- Monitor and meet daily sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MegaCRM or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
- Valid ID card and bank account.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
