📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production facilities.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to coordinate material handling activities.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in training new employees on forklift operation and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Valid Forklift Operator License (Class 1 or 2) from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and material handling practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
