📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and ensure it meets the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
