Asia Electronics is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Makassar. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, employee relations, and recruitment processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, updating HR databases, and maintaining employee files.,Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees, addressing their concerns and providing information about company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting with special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative roles.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
