Prime City Mandiri is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our clients. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members.,Generate and analyze reports on vehicle usage and maintenance.,Collaborate with the operations team to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with logistics and fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
