📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards and company values.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.,Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
