📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.,Handle cash and card payments, and ensure proper documentation.,Manage the cash register and maintain accurate records.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
