As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food according to established recipes and standards.,Manage and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain food costs and inventory levels.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Train and develop kitchen staff.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Valid food handler's permit.
