📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Process insurance claims and manage patient payments,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations,Adhere to all healthcare and financial regulations and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial and healthcare regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
