📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high service standards.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate and ID card.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
