📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist nurses in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Perform routine patient assessments and document patient information accurately.,Prepare and maintain patient rooms, ensuring they are clean and organized.,Assist in the preparation of meals and snacks for patients, following dietary requirements.,Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for patient privacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
